You may or may not have heard of Cheat Your Way Thin, if not and you are looking for a diet that will actually help you melt away the pounds from those stubborn areas, then read on.

This diet (although it’s not really a diet) is completely different. You don’t actually stop eating.
You “trick” your body into thinking you aren’t dieting when you actually are and you can do it by strategically “cheating” on your diet with all your favorite foods.
Essentially, by adding in bursts of strategic cheating you can literally turn your metabolism into your fat burning slave and guarantee you always have a body primed for burning fat—and you do it with your favorite foods.
It’s amazing, and when I found this system I was very skeptical. With everything I’d been told this goes against every other so called miracle diet. But, what the heck, I went ahead and tried this quick weight loss idea anyway.
What was really good was when I cheated it felt good. In the past you’d slip of the wagon and start eating those foods you were told were bad and feel incredibly guilty. With this system, you are encouraged to do it.
